> Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Registering takes only an email. Every new account gets 50 cloud AI requests once, with no card, plus unlimited local AI (Ollama and the Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLIs) with no time limit. When the 50 are used up, Pro adds 4,000 credits a month.
> Do I need my own AI API keys?
No. Pro includes 8 cloud models, from fast ones like Gemini Flash up to Claude Sonnet and GPT-4o; Team adds Claude Opus and o3. VDI Agent handles everything through its backend; you just pick a model and use it. A BYOK plan for people who prefer their own keys is on the roadmap, but it is not available yet.
> What counts as a credit?
Credits follow what a request really costs, so the price depends on the model — and it is fixed per model, a long question costs the same as a short one. Fast models (Gemini Flash, GPT-4o-mini, DeepSeek) cost 1 credit; Claude Haiku 8, Gemini Pro 10, GPT-4o 19, Claude Sonnet 24. Pro's 4,000 monthly credits are about 4,000 fast requests or about 160 with Sonnet, and you can mix freely. Local providers (Ollama and the local CLIs) never use credits.
> Does VDI Agent install inside my VDI?
No. VDI Agent runs entirely on your host PC — the machine running the VDI client. Nothing is installed inside the VDI session. Zero footprint.
> Can I use one license across multiple VDI sessions?
Yes. Your license works across all VDI platforms — Citrix, RDP, AVD, VMware, AWS WorkSpaces — simultaneously.
> Is there team/enterprise pricing?
Yes. Team includes 8,000 credits a month and every model, including Claude Opus and o3. Enterprise adds PII auto-redaction, SSO/SAML, on-premise and air-gapped deployment, an admin dashboard, an audit log, and EU data residency. Both are quoted per deployment — contact us.
